0.1g 13lb USB Rechargeable Removable Stainless Steel Pan Test & Measurement Tool

Precision Kitchen Scale for Home Cooks

This digital scale measures from 0.5 g to 6 kg in 0.1 g increments with a 13 lb maximum capacity. It suits bakers and meal-preppers who need repeatable portions for recipes or calorie tracking. The tare function and four unit modes (g, lb, oz, ml) cover everyday kitchen tasks. Compact at 7.5 in x 5.9 in, it stores easily in a drawer.

Limits of a Countertop Scale

The 0.1 g resolution stops short of laboratory-grade precision required for micro-dosing or jewellery work. Capacity tops out at 6 kg, so bulk ingredient batches or heavy cookware must be weighed in stages. Auto-off timing is adjustable but cannot be disabled entirely, which may interrupt long fermentation monitoring. USB charging requires a nearby port or power bank during extended use.

Removable Pan and Dual Power

A detachable stainless steel pan lifts off for quick washing without exposing the electronics to water. Non-slip feet keep the base stable on wet countertops while the backlit LCD remains readable in low light. The built-in lithium cell recharges via the included USB cable, yet the scale also accepts two AAA cells when mains power is unavailable. Protective film on the pan and display peels away before first use.
