10.5-Inch Microwave Cover & Mat Set

This two-piece kitchen set pairs a vented splatter cover with a multi-purpose silicone mat. The cover fits most standard bowls and plates while the mat serves as a trivet, pot holder, utensil rest and drying surface. Both pieces are dishwasher safe and coloured red.

Upgrade From Basic Covers

The adjustable cover height ranges from .8 to 3.2 inches to accommodate taller dishes that flat guards cannot. The food-grade silicone mat adds heat protection up to oven temperatures, replacing single-use trivets and towel layers. Buyers who need a rigid lid for pressure cooking or a sealed container for storage should look elsewhere.

Simple Daily Use

Place the cover over food, align the centre handle and microwave; the vented holes release steam while preventing mess. The flexible mat goes straight from microwave to counter as a hot pad or jar opener. The cover is not oven safe, so remember to remove it before using conventional heat.

Questions about this item

Will the 10.5 inch microwave cover fit my standard microwave turntable?

The cover measures 10.5 inches in diameter and the height adjusts from .8 to 3.2 inches, so it fits most standard microwave turntables and accommodates various bowl sizes.

How do I use the vented holes and handle correctly when heating food?

Keep the vented holes open during microwaving to allow steam circulation, then lift the cover by the centre handle to avoid burns from trapped heat.

Can I put the silicone mat in the oven and how do I clean both pieces?

The silicone mat is oven safe, while the PP plastic cover is microwave only; both are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
