100 PSI pressure transducer outputs 0.5V to 4.5V linear signal on 5V DC power with 1/8" NPT stainless steel thread
This new 100 PSI pressure transducer sensor provides a 0.5V to 4.5V linear voltage output powered by 5V DC. It uses a 1/8" - 27 NPT thread and a housing made from 316 stainless steel with ceramic pressure plates. The unit suits oil, fuel, water and air pressure measurement in tanks and similar applications.
Verify that your port accepts a 1/8" - 27 NPT thread and that your system reads a 0.5V to 4.5V signal range supplied from a 5V DC source. Confirm the media is compatible with 316 stainless steel and ceramic wetted parts. The sensor draws roughly 3mA operating current.
This transducer fits users who need a 0 to 100 PSI range with ±1.0% FS accuracy. It is not for buyers who require a higher range such as 150, 200, 300, 500 or 1000 PSI. It is also not for installations needing a different thread size, a different output signal type or a housing material other than 316 stainless steel.

The sensor includes a connector harness in the box so no separate cable purchase is required.
Select the version whose pressure range covers your maximum expected pressure; this model is the 0-100 PSI variant.
At 0 psi the sensor outputs .5V, at 50 psi it outputs 2.5V and at 100 psi it outputs 4.5V, giving a linear voltage you can read directly.
