Quantity & Application

This pack contains 1000 red heat-shrink butt connectors sized for 22-18 AWG wire. They suit automotive, marine and industrial wiring jobs where moisture, vibration and corrosion resistance are required.

Build Integration

Each connector uses a high-purity copper tube inside a polyolefin sleeve with hot-melt adhesive. The 3:1 shrink ratio seals the joint at a minimum temperature of 130, while the assembly withstands continuous operation from -55 to 125 without degrading.

Who It Suits

Technicians who need a large stock of waterproof splices for repeated repairs on boats, trailers or vehicle looms will find the quantity practical. Installers requiring larger wire gauges or non-adhesive sleeves should look at other connector types.
