Mounts on Drilled Walls With Included Hardware

Installation requires marking two anchor points, drilling 6 mm holes, inserting the supplied expansion tubes, and driving the included screws. The 25 mm screws secure the hooks firmly to solid wall materials. The kit provides all necessary fasteners and a storage box, freeing you from sourcing separate anchors or screws.

Questions about this item

What wall material and tools are needed to install the 25 mm screws and expansion bolts?

The hooks require a 6 mm drill bit for the expansion tubes; the kit includes 11 pairs of 25 mm screws and matching expansion bolts for solid masonry or drywall.

Can the 40 lb rated hooks hold items on a standard 12 mm plasterboard wall?

The 40 lb rating comes from factory sandbag tests; on plasterboard you must hit studs or use the supplied expansion bolts rated for the same load.

How do I verify each hook is seated correctly after mounting?

After tightening the two screws, the hook base should sit flush with the wall and show no movement when a 40 lb load is applied.
