Expansion Content

Frostpunk: On The Edge is a downloadable expansion for the base city-survival game, published by 11 bit studios and delivered as a Steam code for PC. It adds a new scenario where you lead an Outpost dependent on New London while exploring the Frostland for independence. The expansion introduces fresh mechanics focused on settlements, diplomacy, and resource management.

Audience Fit

This suits players who own Frostpunk and want a narrative-driven scenario with new strategic layers such as Favours, trading, and Construction Teams. Buyers who do not already own the base game cannot play this content. It is also not for those seeking a standalone experience or a sandbox mode without the campaign structure.

Platform Requirement

Activation requires a Steam account and the base Frostpunk game installed on PC. The code is redeemed through the Steam client, after which the expansion integrates directly into the main menu. An internet connection is needed for the initial activation and any subsequent updates.
