Questions about this item

Will a 12.9 inch iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard fit the 12.20 x 9.45 x 0.79 inch interior?

Yes, the internal dimensions of 12.20 x 9.45 x 0.79 inches accommodate iPad Pro 12.9 models with Magic Keyboard or Smart Keyboard Folio attached.

How do I set the shoulder strap length correctly, and what is the mistake to avoid?

Adjust the removable strap between 28.74 and 51.57 inches using the buckle; the common error is leaving it too loose so the bag swings while walking.

When should the foam padding and fleece lining be checked for replacement?

Inspect the foam layer and fleece fabric if the sleeve suffers a hard impact or after extended daily use, as compressed padding reduces shock absorption for the tablet.
