Heat-resistant countertop mat set

This two-piece set of fireproof mats measures 15 by 18 inches and is designed to protect kitchen surfaces from hot appliances. The fiberglass core with silicone coating on both sides withstands temperatures up to 550 degrees Celsius or 1022 degrees Fahrenheit. Edges are finely stitched to prevent curling, tearing or cracking under repeated heat cycles. The smooth silicone surface lets heavy devices slide into position without lifting.

Thermal protection and surface grip

The mats shield wood, marble or laminate counters from heat dissipation produced by air fryers, coffee makers, toasters and similar devices. A non-slip silicone coating creates friction that keeps appliances stable while still allowing easy repositioning. The material is waterproof and oil-proof, so spills wipe away with a damp cloth or mild detergent. After cleaning the mats can be folded for compact storage.

Broad appliance compatibility

Each mat suits most common countertop cookers including models from Ninja, COSORI, Cuisinart, Chefman, Emeril Lagasse, BELLA, DASH and other popular brands. The generous dimensions accommodate stand mixers, microwaves, slow cookers and juicers as well as air fryers. No additional fixings or adhesives are required; simply place the mat on a clean, dry surface. The set is not intended for direct oven-rack use or open-flame cooking.

Questions about this item

How do I position the 15x18 in mat under my air fryer so it stays stable?

Place the mat flat on a clean, dry countertop with the silicone-coated side up, then set the appliance on top; the weight of the machine presses against the smooth surface to create friction that prevents sliding during use.

When will the fiberglass-and-silicone mat need to be replaced?

The mat is designed to withstand repeated heat cycles up to 550/1022 without sticking, tearing, curling or cracking; replace it only if you notice physical damage or loss of non-slip performance after extended use.

What is the maximum continuous temperature the mat can handle before its protection fails?

The fiberglass core with silicone resin coating on both sides is rated for heat resistance up to 550/1022, so sustained exposure beyond that threshold is the first limit that compromises its protective ability.
