Replacement power cord for Shiatsu massagers

This two-pack supplies 12 V DC at 2.5 A to compatible Zyllion, Nekteck, Comfier, Resteck, Viktop and snailax neck and back massagers. Each lead measures 3.3 ft and carries a 15 A-rated straight-blade plug for standard 100-240 V mains input. The cords are tested to meet the applicable specification and ship new in black.

Capacity and headroom

The 2.5 A output covers the rated draw of the listed massagers with margin for normal start-up current. The 15 A plug rating and 100-240 V input range handle household circuits worldwide without adapter. The 3.3 ft length suits bedside or chair-side use but will not reach distant wall sockets without an extension lead.

Critical compatibility check

Verify that your massager requires exactly 12 V DC at 2.5 A and uses the same barrel connector as the original supply. Units needing a different voltage, higher current or a proprietary connector will not work with these cords.

Questions about this item

Will the 12V 2.5A output run my existing Zyllion massager without overheating?

Yes, the cord delivers 12 volts at 2.5 amps, matching the original adapter specification for Zyllion, Nekteck, Comfier, Resteck, Viktop and snailax shiatsu units.

How can I confirm the charger is operating correctly once plugged in?

The massager should power on normally and run through its full cycle; the cord itself has no indicator light, so normal device operation is the verification.

Does the 2-pack include both the wall plug and the barrel connector for each cord?

Each of the two 3.3-foot black cords has a straight-blade AC plug on one end and a 12 V DC barrel connector on the other — no extra parts are required.
