15 Pack Black Magnetic Hooks

This 15 pack of black magnetic hooks uses strong neodymium magnets and durable steel to hold items on ferromagnetic surfaces. Each hook supports up to 10 lbs horizontally and 30 lbs vertically. They suit home, office, garage, RV, cruise cabin, locker and outdoor environments where metal mounting points exist. Buyers needing adhesive or screw-in mounting for non-magnetic walls cannot use these.

Ni+Cu+Ni Triple-Layer Corrosion Resistance

The metal base, hook and magnet receive three layers of nickel plating that resist rust in humid bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms and outdoor settings. This coating allows reliable reuse after moving hooks between rooms or taking them on trips. Surfaces must be iron, steel, nickel or other ferromagnetic material; the hooks will not grip aluminium, stainless steel without magnetic grade, glass, tile or painted drywall.

Tool-Free Placement and Repositioning

Installation requires no screws, nails, adhesives or drilling; simply place each hook on a compatible metal surface and reposition as needed. Removal leaves no holes, sticky residue or wall damage. Horizontal loading reduces capacity by roughly two-thirds compared to the vertical 30 lbs rating, so heavier items may slide if mounted sideways on vertical surfaces.

Questions about this item

When will the neodymium magnets need replacing?

The neodymium magnets are permanent and do not wear out under normal use; only physical damage or severe corrosion would require replacement of a hook.

What limits how long a heavy item can stay hung vertically?

Each hook is rated for 30 lbs vertically; sustained loads at or near that limit may eventually cause the magnet to release if vibration or temperature changes reduce grip.

How warm do the hooks get after holding weight all day?

The hooks contain no electronics or moving parts, so they generate no heat and remain at ambient temperature regardless of how long they are loaded.
