Strategy Game Download

Perimeter: Emperor's Testament is a real-time strategy title published by 1C Online Games for Windows PCs. The digital code activates on Steam and carries an ESRB Everyone 10+ rating for mild fantasy violence. It is aimed at players who enjoy base-building and terraforming mechanics in a sci-fi setting. Buyers in blocked regions including Russia, Iran and Venezuela cannot activate the product.

Steam Activation Requirements

A Steam account is mandatory for installation and play. The game runs on Windows XP, 7 or 8 and requires a processor equivalent to a Pentium 4 or Athlon XP at 2 GHz, 1 GB of system memory and a graphics card with at least 128 MB VRAM. DirectX 9.0c and 4 GB of free drive space are also needed. Online multiplayer is no longer supported, so the experience is limited to single-player and LAN matches.

Content Scope and Limits

The campaign continues the Exodus storyline with new missions involving the Mechanical Messiah and parallel Psychosphere worlds. Interface and full audio are provided in English and Russian only. The 4 GB install footprint suits older drives, but the 2008-era engine will not scale to modern resolutions or widescreen formats without community patches. Players seeking ongoing online competition or controller support will not find them here.
