Real Warfare 1242 Strategy Game

Real Warfare 1242 is a downloadable strategy title published by 1C Online Games for Windows PCs. The game places players in XIII century Russia during the Mongol invasion era. It requires a Steam account for activation and installation. The product is delivered as an online code with no physical media included.

Steam DRM and Regional Restrictions

Activation uses Steam DRM and is restricted in numerous countries including RU, UA, BY, IR, and others listed in the specifications. A broadband internet connection of at least 128 Kb/s is required for multiplayer modes. The download package requires 3 GB of free hard disk space. Minimum video compatibility demands 100% DirectX 9.0c support with Radeon 9200 or GeForce 7300 class hardware.

Upgrade From Older Strategy Titles

The recommended specifications call for a Core 2 Duo 1.6 GHz or Athlon 3000+ processor with 1.5 GB RAM and Radeon X 1900 or GeForce 8800 graphics. This configuration suits players moving up from early 2000s strategy games that ran on Pentium 2.0 GHz systems with 512 MB RAM. Buyers seeking modern graphical features or current OS support should look elsewhere.
