No physical media is included.

Runs on legacy Windows 2000 or XP hardware

Minimum specs call for a 1.5 GHz processor, 256 MB RAM, and a GeForce3 or Radeon 7500 with 2.5 GB storage. Recommended settings raise the bar to a 2.5 GHz CPU, 768 MB RAM, and a GeForce FX5900 or Radeon 9800 with 3.5 GB space. Questions about this item

How much power will the video card draw when the game runs all day on minimum settings?

The minimum video card listed is a GeForce3 or Radeon 7500, which are older parts with low power draw, so sustained use will not stress a modern power supply.

What must I already own to activate and play this downloadable title?

You need a Steam account and a Windows 2000 or XP system with at least a 1.5 GHz processor, 256 MB RAM, and 2.5 GB free disk space.

Will the game run on my older PC that still has a GeForce FX5900 or Radeon 9800 installed?

Yes, those cards meet the recommended video card specification, so the game should run well on that hardware.
