This downloadable add-on continues the adventure series with the Iron and Rust chapter set inside a factory. It requires the base game on Steam and a Steam account for activation. The content is sold as an online code and is region-locked for several countries.

Storage needs and system headroom

The minimum install needs 3400 MB of free space while the recommended spec asks for 5000 MB. A DirectX 9.0c graphics card with 512 MB VRAM runs the episode at baseline; 1024 MB VRAM is advised for the recommended tier. Processor requirements range from a single 3.3GHz core to a dual-core equivalent.

Digital delivery and platform constraints

The code redeems on Steam and will not activate in the blocked regions listed in the specifications. No physical media is shipped and the product is brand new. Buyers who want a standalone horror game without owning the original In Fear I Trust cannot use this DLC.
