3-pin voltage control limits

The fan connects via a standard 3-pin header and runs on 12 VDC across a 7 to 13.8 VDC range. Speed is managed by voltage, so PWM headers will not provide automatic curve control. At full speed it draws 0.18 A and 2.16 W. Maximum static pressure reaches 6.96 mmH2O for restrictive layouts.
