Smartphone-Integrated Display

The 10.26 inch touchscreen adds wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to any vehicle with a 12 V outlet. It mirrors a compatible smartphone to handle navigation, calls, music and voice assistants through a single interface. The package includes a rear-view camera for parking assistance.

Dashboard Mount and Wiring

The unit mounts on the dashboard or windscreen with the supplied bracket and draws power from a cigarette-lighter plug. A 3.5 mm auxiliary cable or FM transmitter sends audio to the car speakers. Routing the camera cable to the reverse light is the most common installation hurdle.

Drivers Wanting Phone Projection

Suits owners of older cars who want modern navigation and media without replacing the factory stereo. Not for buyers who need a front-facing camera, built-in offline maps, or a double-DIN chassis that integrates with steering-wheel controls.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 10.26" touchscreen and wireless CarPlay/Android Auto are working after mounting the HK5?

Pair your smartphone via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, then launch CarPlay or Android Auto; the 1600x600 display should show your apps, maps and media with touch response, while Siri or Google Assistant replies to voice commands through the stereo output.

What comes in the HK5 box and which extra items such as a front camera or longer cables must be purchased separately?

The package includes the 10.26" HK5 display, a reversing camera, mounting hardware and a 3.5 mm audio cable; a front-facing camera is not included and must be bought separately if desired.

Should I choose the HK5 with its 10.26" 1600x600 screen or a smaller model for my dashboard space?

The HK5 measures 26.39 cm high, 12.29 cm wide and 11.40 cm deep, so verify your dashboard opening against those dimensions; the single 10.26" 1600x600 variant is the only size offered for this model.
