3M 3111250 E-A-Rsoft Yellow Neons Corded Earplugs 200/Box NRR 33

3M E-A-Rsoft Yellow Neons Corded Earplugs

These disposable foam earplugs provide a Noise Reduction Rating of 33 decibels and CSA Class AL protection for workers in loud environments. Each box contains 200 pairs of regular-size plugs with a vinyl cord to prevent loss. The slow-recovery polyurethane foam expands to seal the ear canal comfortably. They are test-compatible with the 3M E-A-Rfit Validation System for fit verification.

Compatibility and fit checks

Confirm that regular-size tapered foam suits the wearer's ear canals for a proper seal. The corded design keeps plugs together when removed temporarily during shifts. Each pair is individually packed in a poly bag for hygiene and re-use. Verify that an NRR of 33 decibels meets the noise attenuation requirements for the specific work area.

Comfort and daily use

Soft polyurethane foam rolls down easily for insertion and expands gradually to reduce pressure inside the ear canal. The vinyl cord adds negligible weight and does not interfere with helmets or headgear. Disposable construction eliminates the need for cleaning between uses. Foam material maintains its shape throughout a typical work shift without hardening.
