These clear hot melt adhesive sticks measure 5/8 inch in diameter and 2 inches in length. They are designed for general purpose bonding on materials such as fabric, metal, paper, plastic, and wood. The formulation offers instant bonding properties with a 40 second working time. This product is suited for assembly, repair, and fabrication tasks requiring a fast-setting adhesive.

40 Second Working Time

The adhesive begins to harden after 40 seconds, giving the user a brief window to position parts. It requires an applicator capable of reaching a 250 degree Fahrenheit melting temperature. Viscosity ranges between 5,000 and 10,500 cps at dispensing temperature. The sticks are 100 percent solids with no solvents.

Compatible With Standard 5/8 Inch Applicators

These smooth sticks fit standard 5/8 inch diameter hot melt guns. They bond a variety of substrates including wood, plastic, and metal without requiring clamping pressure.
