What the product is and who it is for

The 3M COMPLYBZ attachment set is a bezel-type accessory that permanently bonds a 3M privacy filter to a laptop with a raised bezel. It targets mobile professionals who need to switch between confidential viewing and quick screen sharing without removing the filter each time.

What to check on your existing setup before ordering

Verify that your laptop has a raised bezel around the display and that you already own a compatible 3M privacy filter sized for that screen. The adhesive hinge requires a flat bezel surface for secure mounting, so ultra-thin or bezel-less designs will not work.

What the bundled accessories

The set supplies a proprietary hinge with a side flip-tab and high-strength adhesive strips that keep the filter attached yet allow one-handed flipping. This eliminates the need to store or carry the filter separately, reducing the risk of loss, misplacement and surface scratches during transport.

Questions about this item

Does the 3M COMPLYBZ attachment set include the privacy filter itself, or must that be purchased separately?

The set provides the hinge, flip tab and adhesive strips only; a compatible 3M privacy filter for your laptop size must be bought separately.

How do I know which 3M privacy filter works with this bezel-type attachment set?

Choose any 3M laptop privacy filter designed for raised bezels that matches your screen's diagonal size and aspect ratio.

Will the hinge and adhesive survive daily flipping on a thin ultrabook lid?

The proprietary hinge is built for repeated daily use and the high-strength adhesive holds firmly yet removes cleanly from curved surfaces.
