Non-insulated fork terminals accept 22-18 AWG wire, crimp to #6 studs, and are UL listed and CSA certified
These non-insulated block fork terminals accept solid or stranded copper wire from 22 to 18 AWG. The #6 stud size suits common terminal blocks and small-gauge lugs. A pack of 100 pieces supports volume wiring jobs in automotive, industrial or panel work. Tin-plated copper barrels resist corrosion in harsh environments.
Crimp termination removes the variability of hand-soldered connections on small wire. The brazed seam prevents the barrel from splitting under vibration. Upgrade when a project demands repeatable gas-tight joints that meet UL and CSA standards. Not suited for insulated barrel requirements or stud sizes other than #6.
Strip wire to the 0.25 in barrel length, insert fully and compress with a standard non-insulated terminal crimper. The 0.65 in overall length fits tight terminal strips. Common errors are under-crimping, which leaves a high-resistance joint, and over-stripping, which exposes conductor beyond the barrel. Verify crimp height with a go/no-go gauge if available.

The terminal is built for a #6 stud, so the mounting hole matches that screw size exactly.
Use a crimper rated for 22-18 AWG non-insulated terminals and compress the 0.25 in barrel fully; the common mistake is using an insulated die that leaves the seam loose.
Replace any terminal showing oxidised tin, a cracked brazed seam, or deformation after exposure above 347 °F or 600 V service limits.
