Four gold adhesive hooks for home organisation

This set supplies four self-adhesive coat hooks finished in gold. Each hook is made from aluminium that resists water and rust, making it suitable for bathroom use. The double-hook design holds coats, towels, robes, keys and similar everyday items. No tools or nails are required for installation.

Replaces screw-in hooks when drilling is not wanted

The adhesive backing mounts on smooth walls, doors, glass or cabinets without permanent fixings. Bond strength reaches its rated 13Lbs after a 24 hour cure period. The upgrade is worthwhile for renters or any surface where holes must be avoided. Rough or textured surfaces will not hold reliably.

Limited to smooth surfaces and the stated load

Adhesion fails on uneven, porous or dusty substrates, so the mounting area must be clean and flat. The 13Lbs capacity is a maximum; heavier loads risk detachment. Removal requires gentle heat from a hair dryer to soften the adhesive without damaging the finish.

Questions about this item

What surface finish is required for the adhesive backing to hold the 13Lbs rating?

The adhesive strips bond best to smooth, clean surfaces such as painted drywall, tile, glass or sealed wood. Rough or textured walls are not recommended because the bond will be weaker.

What is the correct waiting period after sticking the hooks before loading them?

Press each hook firmly in place, then leave it undisturbed for 24 hours so the adhesive fully cures. Hanging items before that time reduces the holding strength.

How can the hooks be removed later without damaging the wall?

Warm the adhesive with a hair dryer until it softens, then peel the hook away slowly. Any remaining residue can be rolled off with a fingertip.
