50W Megaphone for Crowd Communication

This 50W megaphone projects voice up to 300 metres, making it suitable for coaches, event organisers and safety personnel who need clear audio across large outdoor areas. A detachable microphone allows the speaker to be aimed independently of the user's mouth position. The unit runs on six D batteries, which are not included.

Suits Outdoor Events; Not for Fixed Installations

The weather-resistant ABS construction and carry strap support all-weather field use such as sports matches, cheerleading and crowd control. Buyers who need a permanently mounted PA system or mains-powered operation should look at alternative equipment, as this model is battery-only and designed for handheld portability.

60-Second Recording with USB and SD Playback

The built-in recorder captures up to 60 seconds of audio for instant replay of repeated messages. Stored files on USB drives or SD cards play directly through the speaker, adding music or pre-recorded announcements to live voice. Siren mode provides an immediate attention signal when required.

Questions about this item

Does the 50W megaphone need anything besides the six D batteries to operate?

No, the unit runs entirely on the six D cells that power the 50W amplifier and the 300-metre voice projection.

Can I still use a wired microphone if I keep one from an older PA system?

This model only accepts the included detachable handheld mic; there is no additional input jack for external wired microphones.

How do I confirm the 60-second recording captured my message correctly?

Press the playback button after recording; the megaphone will replay the stored audio through its own speaker so you can verify it.
