Measures 0-500 PSI with a 0.5-4.5V linear output, 316 stainless steel body and 1/8" NPT thread for oil, fuel, water and air
This pressure transducer measures oil, fuel, water or air pressure from zero to 500 PSI and outputs a linear 0.5 to 4.5 volt signal powered by 5 volts DC. It is built for automotive and industrial monitoring where a reliable voltage output is required. The 1/8 inch NPT thread allows direct mounting into standard ports.
The sensor uses a 1/8 inch 27 NPT thread and delivers a 0.5 to 4.5 volt signal across the full 0 to 500 PSI range with a ±1.0 percent full-scale accuracy. Its housing is made from 316 stainless steel with a ceramic pressure plate for corrosion resistance and damping against pressure spikes. Operating current is 3 milliamps at 5 volts DC.
Installers who need a 500 PSI transducer with a standard NPT thread and a 0.5 to 4.5 volt output for gauges, ECUs or data loggers will find this unit compatible. It is not intended for applications requiring higher pressure ranges such as 1000 or 1600 PSI, different thread sizes, current-loop outputs or other voltage spans.

The sensor measures pressures from zero up to 500 PSI and converts them into a linear 0.5 V to 4.5 V signal that your gauge or ECU can read directly.
Powered by 5 V DC, the transducer outputs 0.5 V at zero pressure and 4.5 V at 500 PSI, so the usable signal span is 4 V and the resolution is capped by your logger's analogue-to-digital converter.
It requires a 1/8"-27 NPT female port; the 316 stainless steel housing and ceramic sensing element fit in tight engine-bay or tank locations without special brackets.
