505 Games Journey to Savage Planet

Journey to Savage Planet is a first-person action adventure published by 505 Games and developed by Typhoon Studios. Players join the Pioneer Program at Kindred Aerospace to assess planet ARY-26 for human habitability. The downloadable PC title activates through Steam and carries an ESRB Teen rating. It is sold new as an online game code for immediate access.

Minimum PC requirements and upgrade threshold

The game requires Windows 7, 8 or 10 with an Intel Core i5-750 at 2.67 GHz, 4 GB RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 or AMD Radeon HD 7 series graphics card. A Steam account is mandatory for activation and installation. Upgrading from older dual-core processors or entry-level GPUs below the GTX 660 tier is worth it when frame rates drop below playable levels in dense alien biomes.

Co-op exploration and procedural crafting headroom

Solo play and online two-player co-op are both supported across the full campaign. The 3D printer system converts gathered resources into traversal tools and combat upgrades, extending gameplay variety. Players who want persistent progression beyond the main survey or larger multiplayer lobbies will find the current feature set limited. Region locks prevent activation in numerous countries listed in the specifications.
