Check Your Wiring and Clearance

Verify a standard US junction box is present and the circuit supplies 120 volts. The flush-mount design needs at least 12 inches of vertical space from ceiling to blade plane. Confirm the ceiling is flat; the hardware is not rated for sloped installations. Ensure the 20 watt draw fits the existing breaker.

Build Quality and Daily Use

The unit weighs 10.6 pounds and measures 14.33in wide by 12.83in high by 9.06in deep. A pure copper DC motor keeps noise below 30 dB while using up to 70 percent less energy than AC alternatives. Five black blades and a matte black finish resist dust buildup. Included mounting hardware, light kit and remote receiver simplify first-time setup.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and is any extra hardware needed?

The package includes the 52 inch fan, LED light kit, remote control, and mounting hardware for a standard US junction box. No additional parts are required for installation.

Which control method should I choose — the app or the handheld remote?

Both are included. The remote adjusts six speeds, dimming, three colour temperatures and 1, 2 or 4 hour timers from anywhere in the room. The smartphone app duplicates those functions for long-distance control.

How loud is the 52 inch fan when running at speed in a bedroom?

The DC motor runs below 30 dB, which is quieter than a whisper, making it suitable for bedrooms or nurseries while still moving enough air for a 52 inch span.
