9.4-Inch Glass Lid for Instant Pot

This 9.4-inch tempered glass lid fits the inner pot of 5-quart and 6-quart Instant Pot models and the 4-quart Rio. It also suits several other brands of 6-quart electric pressure cookers including Cuisinart CPC-600, Power Quick Pot, Gourmia GPC625, Mueller UltraPots and Crock-Pot Express. The clear glass lets you monitor food without lifting the cover, reducing heat loss during browning, sautéing or slow cooking. A heat-resistant handle and rim make it safe to lift while hot.

Capacity and Headroom

The lid covers an inner pot with an 8.7-inch inside diameter and a 9.5-inch outside diameter, giving full coverage for standard 5-quart and 6-quart vessels. It replaces the pressure lid for non-pressurised functions such as sauté, browning or slow cooking where venting is needed. It cannot seal for pressure cooking, so it will not work for recipes that require a locked, pressurised environment. Buyers who need a pressure-sealing lid should keep the original Instant Pot cover.

Build Fit and Freedoms

The tempered glass is dishwasher safe, so cleanup is a single step after cooking or storage. When the meal is done, the same lid can stay on the pot and go straight into the refrigerator to keep leftovers fresh. Its universal fit across multiple Instant Pot series and compatible rival brands means one lid replaces several model-specific covers, freeing up drawer space in a busy kitchen.
