32GB DDR4 ECC SODIMM for servers and workstations

This 32GB DDR4 3200 MHz ECC SODIMM targets microservers, mobile workstations and NAS servers that require error-correcting memory. It installs in a 260-pin SO-DIMM slot and runs at the standard 1.2V JEDEC voltage. The dual-rank 2Rx8 organisation with CL22 latency supports heavy multitasking and data-integrity workloads. Systems without ECC SODIMM support cannot use this module.

Thermals and power in daily operation

Operating at 1.2V keeps power draw low and heat output modest for a 32GB stick. No heat spreader is fitted, so the module relies on the chassis airflow typical of 1U servers or compact workstations. Under sustained load the DRAM stays within normal DDR4 thermal limits without active cooling. Acoustic impact is zero because the module has no moving parts.
