64GB ECC UDIMM Kit for Servers
This 64GB kit contains two 32GB DDR4 2666MHz ECC unbuffered modules built for servers and workstations. It is not compatible with desktop or laptop computers. The dual-rank x8 organisation and CL19 latency suit workloads that require error correction and data integrity.
DDR4 2666MHz Interface Constraints
The modules run at the DDR4 2666MHz standard, also labelled PC4-21300, at 1.2V. System memory controllers that do not support ECC unbuffered DIMMs or this speed will not recognise the kit. Maximum capacity and population rules depend on the platform documentation.
Straightforward DIMM Installation
Installation follows standard 288-pin DIMM seating in the correct channel order shown in the system manual. The most common issues are mixing ECC unbuffered modules with registered or non-ECC memory and populating slots in an unsupported sequence.

Questions about this item
Should I choose the 2x32GB kit or buy a single 32GB module instead?
The 64GB kit contains two matched 32GB modules tested together for dual-channel operation. Using the pair ensures the rated 2666MHz speed and CL19 latency across both channels. A single module would run in single-channel mode and halve the available bandwidth.
What does the 2666MHz rating actually deliver inside a server?
At 2666MHz the modules transfer data at the PC4-21300 rate. With CL19 timing and 2Rx8 organisation, the memory controller can sustain high throughput for virtualisation, database caches and multi-threaded workloads while ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly.
Is the DDR4 ECC UDIMM interface limited by any platform cap?
The 288-pin UDIMM fits DDR4 server and workstation boards that support ECC unbuffered memory. The bus runs at 1.2V and the 2Rx8 rank structure is recognised by the memory controller; maximum capacity and speed are then defined by the platform's own qualified-vendor list.
