Aairhut Thermal Pad-20-100x2 is a silicone thermal interface material rated at 20W/m.K for rapid heat transfer. It measures 100mm x 50mm with a 2mm thickness and includes dual protective films. The ultra-soft composition fills microscopic gaps on components such as SSDs, RAM, VRAM and VRM. It is non-conductive, non-toxic and fire retardant.

Suited for high-performance upgrades

This pad suits builders upgrading PS4, PS5, laptop or desktop components where a 2mm gap exists and maximum conductivity is required. The large 100 x 50mm sheet can be trimmed with scissors to fit smaller dies. Buyers needing a thinner profile for MacBook applications or different gap sizes should select the 0.5mm, 1.0mm or 1.5mm variants instead.
