Abanaki Economixer 200 Coolant Mixer 15 to 45 Ratio 55 gal

Abanaki Economixer 200 Coolant Mixer

The Abanaki Economixer 200 is a coolant proportioning mixer designed for workshop and industrial maintenance teams. It automates the blending of concentrate and water so operators can fill machine tool sumps or central systems without manual measuring. The unit suits facilities that mix coolant on demand rather than batch-preparing large volumes.

Mix ratio range 15 to 1 through 45 to 1

The mixer delivers adjustable dilution from 15:1 up to 45:1, covering the typical range for soluble oils, semi-synthetics and synthetic coolants. It handles tank capacities from 15 gallons to 55 gallons, making it practical for individual machine fills or multiple sump top-offs. Very small reservoirs below 15 gallons or large central systems above 55 gallons fall outside the intended capacity window.

Four foot discharge tube and direct mount

A 4 ft discharge tube lets the operator reach sump openings without moving the mixer across the shop floor. The compact body mounts directly on a drum or tote, so the unit stays stable during filling and stores neatly when not in use. No separate pump or plumbing kit is required, keeping daily setup to a simple connect-and-run routine.
