Questions about this item

Does the package include everything needed to power the Dickson R157 recorder, or must a mains lead be bought separately?

The package includes one new AC DC adapter power charger. The adapter accepts AC 100-240V worldwide input at 50-60Hz, so a separate mains lead is not required.

Which output specification must match the Dickson R157 recorder for safe operation?

The adapter delivers 12V DC output with a barrel tip connector. Verify that the recorder requires 12V DC and that the barrel tip size matches before ordering.

What does the 12V DC output mean for daily use with the recorder?

The adapter supplies a steady 12V DC current to run the recorder continuously from any 100-240V AC outlet. Built-in over-voltage and over-heat protection helps protect the recorder during extended operation.
