Replacement Power Adapter for Cricut Expression 2

This ABLEGRID 18V AC adapter supplies DC power to the Cricut Expression 2 die-cutting machine. It is intended for crafters who need a new or spare charger for that specific model. The unit is brand new and non-OEM, built to match the original voltage and connector requirements.

Output Voltage Must Match 18V DC

The adapter delivers a fixed 18V DC output through a barrel tip connector. Buyers must verify that their machine requires exactly 18V DC and that the barrel tip dimensions match the original port. Supplying a different voltage or using an incompatible tip can prevent the cutter from operating or cause damage.

Simple Plug-In Installation With Basic Precautions

Connect the supplied power cable to the adapter, insert the barrel tip into the machine, and plug the AC side into a 100-240V 50-60Hz outlet. Ensure adequate ventilation during extended cutting sessions and keep the adapter away from soft surfaces or skin-contact materials. If the unit becomes unusually hot or behaves abnormally, disconnect it immediately.

Questions about this item

What does the 18 V output mean for my Cricut Expression 2?

It supplies the exact DC voltage the machine expects, so the cutter powers up and runs without voltage mismatch.

What does the 100-240 V AC input with 50-60 Hz frequency cap in practice?

It lets the adapter work on mains power worldwide without a separate voltage selector.

Will the barrel-tip connector fit the Expression 2 power port?

The tip is a standard barrel plug sized for the Expression 2; verify the original adapter’s tip dimensions before ordering.
