Replacement 18 V charger for Bissell Bolt 1954 series vacuums with 1.2 m cable and over-voltage protection

  • Compatible with Bissell Bolt 1954 series models
  • Worldwide AC input from 100 to 240 volts
  • Over-voltage and over-heat protection built in
  • Four-foot cable gives flexible placement
  • Non-OEM replacement charger ready to use

Compatible Bissell Bolt 1954 Series Models

This ABLEGRID 18V charger replaces the original Bissell 1610368 and 1608660 adapters. It fits Bolt 19542, 19543, 1782, 17823 and 2133 cordless vacuums. The non-OEM power supply delivers the required 18VDC output for lithium-ion battery packs. Buyers who need a charger for a different voltage platform cannot use this unit.

Sustained Charging Behaviour

Over-voltage and over-heat protection circuits guard the adapter during extended charge cycles. The 1.2 metre cable allows convenient placement while the vacuum docks. Worldwide AC input of 100 to 240 volts at 50 to 60 hertz maintains stable output across regions. Users who require pass-through operation while cleaning should verify the vacuum supports that mode.

Critical Connector Verification

The barrel tip size shown in the product images is the sole determinant of physical compatibility. Please confirm the DC output polarity and connector dimensions match the original Bissell SSC-180085US adapter before ordering. No other specification overrides this fit check.

Questions about this item

Does the 18 V adapter run hot or make noise when it powers the Bissell Bolt 1954 vacuum all day?

It includes over-heat protection and over-voltage protection, so the brick stays cool and silent during extended charging sessions.

What must I already own to use this 18 V charger with my Bissell Bolt 19542 vacuum?

You need the matching Bissell Bolt 1954 series vacuum that accepts an 18 V DC input and the exact barrel-tip size shown in the product photos.

Will this 18 V power supply work with the older Bissell 1782 and 2133 models I still have?

Yes — the adapter replaces the original 1608660 and 1610368 chargers used on the 1782, 17823, 19542, 19543 and 2133 cordless vacuums.
