Compatible power lead for Rotel RSX models

This 6.6 ft two-prong mains cord is built for the Rotel RSX-1056, RSX-1058 and RSX-1065 receivers. It supplies standard AC power to those specific units and replaces a lost or damaged original cable. The connector size matches the equipment sockets as shown in the product images. Buyers needing a different plug type or a longer run should look elsewhere.

UL Listed safety rating and fixed length

The cord carries a UL Listing, confirming it meets recognised North American safety requirements for mains leads. Its length is fixed at 6.6 ft, so the reach between the wall socket and the component is set by that figure. No alternative lengths or right-angle variants are offered with this listing. Installations that demand a shorter tail or a different gauge will need another solution.

Black PVC jacket and single-cable package

The black PVC sheathing resists everyday abrasion and routes cleanly behind AV racks. Only one cable is included in the package, so a second zone or a spare requires a separate purchase. The two-prong plug fits standard unpolarised outlets but will not work with grounded three-pin sockets. Users should verify their outlet type before ordering.

Questions about this item

Which ABLEGRID cord length should I choose for my Rotel receiver?

The only length offered is 6.6 ft, so that is the one to select.

What does the 6.6 ft length mean once the cord is plugged into my RSX-1056?

It gives you just over two metres of reach from the wall outlet to the receiver’s IEC inlet.

What connector standard does this cord use and what equipment does it fit?

It has a standard two-prong plug on one end and a C7 figure-8 connector on the other, matching the RSX-1056, RSX-1058 and RSX-1065.
