The package supplies one new AC DC adapter and one new power cable so the charger is ready to use immediately. Built-in over-voltage and over-heat protection help safeguard the connected All-In-One during extended operation. The adapter carries CE, FCC and RoHS certifications for regulatory compliance.

Verify Output and Tip Before Ordering

Confirm that the DC output voltage and barrel tip size of your original adapter match this unit before purchase. Ensure the adapter has adequate ventilation during long sessions and avoid placing it on surfaces that trap heat. The product is brand new and ships from the USA.

Questions about this item

Does the barrel-tip connector on this 65 W adapter wear out and need replacement?

The barrel-tip connector is a passive metal interface; it does not degrade under normal insertion cycles, so no scheduled replacement is required.

What is the first limit reached when the adapter runs continuously at 65 W output?

The over-heat protection circuit activates first if internal temperature rises beyond safe thresholds during sustained full-load operation.

How much heat and fan noise does the charger produce when powering an HP 24-G118 all day?

The unit has no fan; it relies on passive convection, so it runs silently and becomes warm but stays within the over-heat protection limits.
