Replacement Power Adapter for Small Clone

The ABLEGRID 9.6V AC-DC adapter is built as a direct replacement charger for the Electro-Harmonix Small Clone analog chorus pedal. It accepts worldwide AC input from 100 to 240 volts at 50 or 60 hertz and delivers the required DC output. The unit is brand new, non-OEM, and carries CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications. Over-voltage and over-heat protection are integrated for safe operation.

Critical Specification: 9.6 Volt DC Output

The single specification that decides compatibility is the 9.6 volt DC output paired with the barrel-style connector tip. The pedal requires exactly this voltage and physical connection; any deviation will prevent the unit from powering the effect correctly. Buyers must verify that their original adapter matches both the output value and the tip dimensions before ordering.

Capacity and Headroom: Continuous Pedal Operation

This adapter comfortably handles continuous power draw for the Small Clone chorus during rehearsal, recording, or live performance. It runs out of headroom if asked to supply higher voltage, higher current, or a different connector type, making it unsuitable for multi-pedal daisy chains or devices with different power requirements. Users needing to power additional pedals or different voltage units should seek a separate, appropriately rated supply.

Questions about this item

What does the 9.6 V output mean when I plug this into my Small Clone?

It supplies the exact DC voltage the pedal expects, so the chorus circuit runs at its designed headroom without sag or noise.

What does the 100-240 V 50-60 Hz input actually let me do?

You can plug it into any mains socket worldwide without a separate voltage selector or travel converter.

Will the barrel tip fit my Electro-Harmonix Small Clone securely?

The tip is sized for the Small Clone's power jack; check that your unit uses the same barrel dimensions before ordering.
