Perfect match for Green Russian Big Muff

The ABLEGRID 9.6V AC-DC adapter is built for the Electro-Harmonix Green Russian Big Muff Distortion Sustainer. It replaces the original power supply with a non-OEM unit that delivers 101% compatibility. Guitarists and bassists who need a reliable mains-powered alternative to batteries will find it fits straight into their pedalboard chain.

9.6V DC output with barrel tip

The single specification that decides fit is the 9.6V DC output combined with the barrel-style connector tip. The adapter accepts AC 100-240V at 50-60Hz for worldwide use. Over-voltage and over-heat protection are built in. If your pedal requires a different voltage, polarity or tip diameter, this unit will not work.

Powers one pedal continuously

The supply comfortably handles a single Green Russian Big Muff for extended sessions, rehearsals or gigs. It runs out when you need to power additional pedals from the same outlet or when the barrel tip does not match another device's input. No daisy-chain capability or multi-voltage switching is provided.

Questions about this item

What does the 9.6 V output mean when powering a Green Russian Big Muff?

The adapter delivers a steady 9.6 V DC to the pedal, matching the voltage the Green Russian Big Muff expects so it runs at its intended headroom and tone.

What does the 100-240 V AC input with 50-60 Hz frequency actually cap in practice?

It accepts any mains supply from 100 V to 240 V at either 50 Hz or 60 Hz, so the same unit works worldwide without a voltage switch.

What does the barrel tip connector require to fit the pedal?

The barrel tip must match the pedal's DC jack inner and outer diameter and polarity; verify the Green Russian Big Muff's jack size before connecting.
