Purpose-built replacement

The ABLEGRID 9.6V AC-DC adapter is a new non-OEM power supply designed for the Electro-Harmonix Riddle Q Balls Envelope Filter. It accepts worldwide AC input from 100 to 240 volts at 50 to 60 Hz and delivers DC output through a barrel tip connector. CE, FCC and RoHS certifications confirm compliance with recognised safety standards.

Upgrade from a lost or failing original

This unit provides 101% compatibility with the factory charger, so it replaces a missing or damaged mains PSU without any change in voltage or tip geometry. The jump is worth it when the original adapter is unavailable, the cable is frayed or the plug no longer seats securely in the pedal.

Steady operation under continuous use

Over-voltage and over-heat protection circuits guard the pedal and the adapter itself during long rehearsal or recording sessions. The supplier advises keeping the unit in a ventilated area and away from skin-contact surfaces if it runs for extended periods.
