What this adapter powers

The ABLEGRID 9.6V AC-DC adapter replaces the original mains supply for the Electro-Harmonix Switchblade Plus channel selector. It delivers a DC output through a barrel tip connector and carries CE, FCC and RoHS certifications with over-voltage and over-heat protection built in.

Check before ordering

Verify that your Switchblade Plus requires a 9.6V DC supply and that the barrel tip matches the pedal’s input jack. The adapter accepts AC 100-240V at 50-60Hz for worldwide use, so confirm the voltage and tip polarity on your existing unit before purchase.

Thermals, noise and power

As a compact wall-wart supply it runs silently with no moving parts. The over-heat protection circuit engages if internal temperatures rise excessively during extended sessions. Keep the unit in a ventilated area and avoid covering it while powered.

Questions about this item

What is included with the ABLEGRID 9.6V adapter and does the Electro-Harmonix Switchblade Plus come with it?

The package includes one new AC-DC adapter power charger. The Electro-Harmonix Switchblade Plus channel selector is not included and must be purchased separately.

Which voltage version should I select for the Switchblade Plus pedal?

Choose the 9.6V output version that matches the pedal's required DC input and the barrel tip connector size specified for the Switchblade Plus.

What does the 100-240V AC input rating mean for daily use?

The adapter accepts mains voltage from 100 to 240V at 50 or 60Hz, so it works worldwide without a separate voltage converter.
