  • Battery typeUPS
  • 6 V DC output powers the Electro-Harmonix Switchblade Pro Deluxe Switcher
  • 100 to 240 V AC input works on mains worldwide
  • 50 to 60 Hz frequency range suits global power grids
  • Over-voltage and over-heat protection guards connected equipment
  • CE FCC RoHS certified for safety compliance

Compatible 9.6V Power Adapter

The ABLEGRID adapter replaces the original supply for the Electro-Harmonix Switchblade Pro Deluxe Switcher. It accepts AC 100-240V at 50-60Hz and delivers 9.6V DC through a barrel tip connector. The unit is CE, FCC and RoHS certified and includes over-voltage and over-heat protection.

Simple Barrel Connection

Installation requires only matching the DC output polarity and the barrel tip size to the pedalboard before plugging into mains power. The worldwide input voltage range means no region-specific wiring is needed. The main risk is ordering a tip that does not fit the Switchblade input jack, so verify the connector dimensions first.

Steady DC Under Continuous Use

The adapter maintains a stable 9.6V DC output while the switcher operates over long sessions. Over-heat protection engages if internal temperatures rise excessively during sustained load. Keeping the unit in a ventilated space and away from insulated surfaces helps it run continuously without triggering the safety circuit.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the adapter is working correctly after connecting it to my Switchblade Pro Deluxe?

The unit delivers 9.6 V DC from a 100-240 V AC source at 50-60 Hz; confirm the Switchblade powers on and operates normally without overheating, as the adapter includes over-voltage and over-heat protection.

What is included in the package and what must I provide separately?

The box contains one new AC-DC adapter with a barrel tip connector; you must supply the mains power cord and ensure the Switchblade Pro Deluxe itself is available.

Which voltage version should I select for the Electro-Harmonix Switchblade Pro Deluxe?

Choose the 9.6 V model listed here, as it matches the required DC output and barrel tip size for the Switchblade Pro Deluxe switcher.
