  • Over-voltage and over-heat protection guards the pedal
  • CE, FCC and RoHS certified for safety compliance

Compatible AC-DC Adapter for EHX Pan Pedal

This ABLEGRID 9V power supply replaces the original adapter for the Electro-Harmonix EHX Pan Pedal. It accepts worldwide AC input from 100 to 240 volts at 50 to 60 hertz. The unit delivers DC output through a barrel tip connector. It is a non-OEM replacement built to match the pedal's requirements.

Installation Notes and Common Issues

Connection is straightforward: plug the barrel tip into the pedal and the mains lead into a wall socket. Verify that the pedal requires a centre-negative barrel tip before ordering, as an incorrect polarity will prevent operation. The adapter includes over-voltage and over-heat protection for safe long-term use. Ensure adequate ventilation during extended sessions.

Critical Specification: Output Polarity and Tip Size

The single detail that decides compatibility is whether the pedal needs a centre-negative barrel tip at 9 volts DC. If your pedal uses a different connector diameter or centre-positive wiring, this adapter will not work. No other voltage or current values are provided in the data. Confirm the pedal's exact tip dimensions and polarity before purchase.

Questions about this item

How do I know the adapter is working correctly once I plug it into my Electro-Harmonix EHX Pan Pedal?

The pedal should power on normally and operate without noise or voltage warnings. The adapter includes over-voltage and over-heat protection that will shut it down if a fault occurs.

What comes in the box and what must I supply separately?

The package includes one new AC-DC adapter with a barrel tip connector. You must provide the Electro-Harmonix EHX Pan Pedal itself and a standard AC mains lead for the 100-240V input.

Which version of this adapter should I choose for my pedal?

Select this model only if your pedal requires a DC output with a barrel tip connector and accepts a 100-240V AC input at 50-60Hz. Verify the pedal’s required polarity and tip dimensions before ordering.
