  • Battery typeUPS
  • Worldwide AC input 100-240V 50-60Hz powers your pedal anywhere

  • Over-voltage and over-heat protection prevents damage during long sessions
  • 101% compatibility with Electro-Harmonix Battalion ensures reliable performance
  • Non-OEM barrel-tip DC output matches original specifications exactly

Universal 9V Replacement Adapter

The ABLEGRID 9V AC-DC adapter is built as a non-OEM replacement for the Electro-Harmonix Battalion bass preamp overdrive DI pedal. It accepts worldwide AC input from 100 to 240 volts at 50 or 60 hertz and delivers DC power through a barrel tip connector. The unit is CE, FCC and RoHS certified and includes over-voltage and over-heat protection. It ships as a brand-new accessory ready for immediate use.

Voltage And Tip Compatibility Limits

The adapter only works when the pedal requires exactly 9 volts DC and the barrel tip matches the Battalion’s power jack. Supplying a different voltage or using a mismatched tip can damage the effect unit. The worldwide input range covers standard mains frequencies of 50 and 60 hertz, but the fixed output cannot be adjusted for other pedals. Buyers must verify the output polarity and tip dimensions before connecting.

Upgrading From A Lost Or Failed Original Supply

This adapter replaces a missing or faulty factory power supply for the Battalion pedal. The jump is worth it when the original brick is unavailable, damaged or left behind on tour. It restores full operation without modification and the 101% compatibility claim means it matches the original electrical specification. Players who need a second supply for a backup board or studio rack will also find it a direct substitute.

Questions about this item

Which power adapter version should I choose for my Electro-Harmonix Battalion pedal?

Select the ABLEGRID 9V AC-DC adapter that matches the pedal's required DC output voltage and the barrel tip connector size shown in the specifications.

What does the 100-240V input range mean when I plug this into a mains socket?

The adapter accepts any AC mains voltage from 100 to 240 volts at 50 or 60 Hz, so it works worldwide without a separate voltage selector.

What does the barrel tip connector limit in practice?

The barrel tip size determines physical compatibility; the pedal will only power correctly if the tip matches the Battalion's DC input jack exactly.
