  • CE/FCC/RoHS certified for safety and environmental compliance
  • Over-voltage and over-heat protection guards your equipment

Purpose-built pedal power

The ABLEGRID 9V AC-DC adapter is designed for the Electro-Harmonix EHX Performance Series Volume Pedal. It converts worldwide AC 100-240V mains supply at 50-60Hz into the DC output the pedal requires, using a barrel tip connector.

Musicians needing a direct replacement

This unit suits players who need a reliable mains supply for that specific pedal, offering over-voltage and over-heat protection. It will not suit users whose pedals demand a different voltage, polarity or tip size, or who need to power multiple devices from one brick.

Single-pedal headroom

The adapter comfortably runs one compatible volume pedal continuously. It runs out when a rig requires more than one 9V output, a different current rating or a connector style not matched to the barrel tip supplied.

Questions about this item

Does this adapter power the Electro-Harmonix EHX Performance Series Volume Pedal directly?

Yes, it delivers 9V DC output with a barrel tip designed for that pedal, so no extra cable or converter is needed.

Can I run it on a 100-240V AC supply without a voltage selector?

The adapter accepts AC 100-240V at 50-60Hz automatically, so it works worldwide without any manual switching.

How do I confirm the adapter is operating correctly once plugged in?

The pedal powers up and functions normally, and the adapter’s over-voltage and over-heat protections remain inactive during regular use.
