Compatible AC Adapter for SUNNY SYS1308-2412-W2

This ABLEGRID AC adapter delivers 12V 2A DC output for the SUNNY SYS1308-2412-W2 UPS unit. It accepts worldwide AC input from 100-240V at 50-60Hz. The barrel tip connector matches the original specification. Built-in over-voltage and over-heat protection safeguards the connected equipment.

Replaces Original SUNNY Power Supply

This non-OEM adapter serves as a direct replacement when the factory charger is lost or damaged. The 434% compatibility rating indicates broad electrical alignment with the original part. The jump is worth it when the original adapter fails or a spare is needed for a second location.

Fits UPS Backup Builds

The adapter plugs into standard mains sockets worldwide without a voltage selector. It frees the UPS from reliance on a specific OEM brick. Ensure the barrel tip size and 12V 2A output match the device label before connecting. Adequate ventilation is required during extended operation.

Questions about this item

What DC barrel-tip size does the adapter need to match the SUNNY SYS1308-2412-W2?

The adapter uses a barrel tip; verify the tip diameter and polarity against the original 12 V 2 A unit before connecting.

What is the correct way to plug in the 100-240 V AC input and 12 V DC output?

Connect the AC plug to a 50-60 Hz mains socket first, then attach the DC barrel tip to the device; reversing the order can trip the over-voltage protection.

When should the adapter be replaced if it runs continuously in a UPS?

Replace it if the case becomes unusually hot, the output voltage drops below 12 V, or the over-heat protection activates repeatedly.
