Replacement adapter for QL-09002B-B1201000H

This ABLEGRID AC adapter supplies 12 V at 1000 mA to devices that use the original QL-09002B-B1201000H power supply. It accepts worldwide AC input from 100 to 240 V at 50 to 60 Hz and uses a barrel tip connector. The unit is CE, FCC and RoHS certified and includes over-voltage and over-heat protection.

Package contents and protection

The box contains one new AC DC adapter power charger. Over-voltage and over-heat protection circuits guard the connected equipment during extended use. The supplier recommends keeping the adapter in a ventilated area and away from skin-contact surfaces when it runs for long periods.

Output capacity and limits

The 12 V 1000 mA output comfortably powers equipment designed for the original QILI supply. It will not support devices that require higher current or a different voltage, and the barrel tip size must match the device jack exactly before use.

Questions about this item

Will the barrel tip need replacing if it wears out?

The barrel tip is fixed to the cable and cannot be swapped separately; if the tip fails the whole adapter must be replaced.

What limits continuous use before the protection circuits activate?

Over-voltage and over-heat protection will shut the unit down if the output exceeds 12 V 1000 mA or internal temperature rises too high.

How hot or noisy does it get when left plugged in all day?

The adapter has no fan so it runs silently; it will warm up during extended use but the over-heat protection prevents unsafe temperatures.
