Questions about this item

Will the barrel-tip connector wear out and need replacing?

The barrel-tip connector is a standard passive plug; it has no moving parts and is rated for the adapter's full service life.

What limits continuous operation first — voltage regulation or thermal protection?

Built-in over-heat protection will shut the unit down before sustained load can stress the voltage-regulation circuit.

How much fan noise or heat should I expect when the charger runs all day?

The adapter has no fan; it relies on passive convection, so it stays silent and only warm to the touch under normal 24-hour use.
