Compatible Power Adapter

The ABLEGRID AC adapter replaces the Polycom 7230-69421-001 supply for the EagleEye Director II. It is a non-OEM unit built to match the original specification. The package includes one adapter and one power cable. Buyers needing a different connector or voltage should verify their device first.

DC Output with Barrel Tip

The charger delivers DC power through a barrel-type connector. Input accepts AC 100-240V at 50-60Hz for worldwide use. Over-voltage and over-heat protection are integrated. Confirm the exact output rating and tip dimensions before ordering.

Thermal Protection in Normal Use

Over-heat protection activates if the adapter exceeds safe temperature during operation. Keep the unit in a ventilated area and avoid placing it on soft surfaces. The adapter is CE, FCC and RoHS certified for safety compliance.

Questions about this item

What does the 100-240V input range mean when I plug this adapter into a wall socket?

The adapter accepts mains voltage from 100V to 240V at 50-60Hz, so it works on household power worldwide without a separate voltage converter.

How does the barrel tip connector limit what devices I can power with this unit?

The barrel tip mates only with equipment that uses the matching barrel jack, so it will only power the Polycom EagleEye Director II or other devices sharing that exact tip size.

What physical space and mounting considerations apply to this power supply?

The package includes one adapter brick and one detachable AC cable; you need a standard wall outlet and enough desk or floor clearance for the brick and cable routing.
