Charger for 12000 Lux lamp

This AC/DC adapter powers the GLOWRIUM-H1B light therapy unit rated at 12000 Lux. It accepts worldwide mains input from 100 to 240 V at 50 or 60 Hz and delivers a DC output through a tip size shown in the reference pictures. The unit is a non-OEM replacement built to match the original specifications.

Sustained operation behaviour

The adapter includes over-voltage and over-heat protection circuits that engage during extended sessions. Under continuous load the supply maintains a stable DC output while the protection limits prevent damage from prolonged thermal stress. Ventilation is recommended when the charger runs for long periods.

Thermals noise and power draw

In normal use the adapter draws AC power within the 100 to 240 V range and converts it to the required DC level. The built-in over-heat protection keeps temperatures in check, and the unit operates silently without a fan. Keep the charger in a ventilated area away from skin-contact surfaces.
