Replacement AC adapter for Vox amplifiers

The ABLEGRID KA420 is a non-OEM power supply built for the Vox ADIOAIRBS and ADIOAIRGT amplifier models. It accepts a worldwide AC input range of 100-240V at 50-60Hz and delivers DC power through a barrel tip connector. This unit suits players who need a direct replacement for a lost or damaged original charger.

Included power cable enables immediate use

The package supplies one new AC DC adapter and one new mains power cable, so no separate cord purchase is required. Over voltage and over heat protection circuits are integrated to guard the amplifier during extended sessions. Users must verify that the output voltage and barrel tip dimensions match the device before connecting.

Simple desktop installation with ventilation caution

Setup consists of plugging the mains cable into the adapter, connecting the barrel tip to the amplifier, and powering from a wall outlet. The supplier advises keeping the unit in a well-ventilated area with suitable humidity and avoiding placement on soft surfaces during long operation. If any abnormal behaviour occurs, discontinue use immediately and contact the seller through the order support channel.

Questions about this item

Will the AC 100-240V input still work if the mains voltage fluctuates?

The adapter accepts AC 100-240V at 50-60Hz, so it operates on any standard household supply worldwide without a voltage selector.

What thermal limit stops the charger from running continuously?

Built-in over-heat protection shuts the unit down if internal temperature rises too high, preventing damage during extended use.

How much heat or fan noise should I expect when the adapter powers a Vox amp all day?

The supply has no fan; it runs silently and stays warm to the touch, so keep it in a ventilated spot away from soft surfaces.
