  • Worldwide AC 100-240V input works across 50-60Hz mains
  • 1mm x 5.5mm barrel tip fits specified Globtek models

Compatible Replacement Adapter

The ABLEGRID 10W power supply replaces the Globtek TR9CA2000C12CP-Y(R) with a regulated 5VDC 2A output and a 2.1mm x 5.5mm barrel tip. It accepts a worldwide AC input range of 100-240V at 50-60Hz. This non-OEM charger includes over-voltage and over-heat protection for safe operation.

Input Voltage and Tip Constraints

The adapter operates only within the specified 100-240V AC input range and 50-60Hz frequency limits. Polarity and the 2.1mm x 5.5mm barrel connector dimensions must match the device exactly. It cannot power equipment requiring a different voltage, current rating, or connector type.

Upgrade From Damaged or Lost Units

This unit replaces a lost, damaged, or malfunctioning original power supply for compatible Globtek-powered devices. The jump is worth it when the original adapter fails or is unavailable and a safety-certified replacement with identical output specifications is required. It is not for devices needing higher wattage or a different connector size.

Questions about this item

Does the 2.1 mm × 5.5 mm barrel tip match the connector on my Globtek TR9CA2000C12CP-Y(R)?

The adapter uses a 2.1 mm × 5.5 mm barrel tip. Check the original charger or the device label for the same inner and outer diameter before ordering.

Will the 10 W / 5 V 2 A output reliably run my device?

It delivers a regulated 5 V at up to 2 A, providing up to 10 W. Your equipment must require exactly 5 V and draw no more than 2 A.

Can I use this adapter on mains supplies outside the UK?

The input accepts 100 V to 240 V AC at 50 Hz or 60 Hz, so it works on most household mains worldwide with only a plug adapter.
